Terms of Use
Last updated: 24 August 2026
These terms govern your use of this website. By using it you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
1. Who operates this site
This website is operated jointly by LaceSea Ltd., Suite 2, Cathedral Buildings, Middle Street, Galway, Ireland and LACE AG, Bahnhofstrasse 7, 6300 Zug, Schweiz. Full company details are on our Impressum. Contact: info(a)lace-longevity.com.
2. Medical disclaimer
Nothing on this website is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing on it should be used as a substitute for consulting a qualified physician. The material here describes services and is general in nature. It is not addressed to your circumstances, and no doctor-patient relationship arises from reading it or from contacting us.
LACE does not practise medicine. Diagnostics, treatments, regenerative medicine and every other clinical service referred to on this site are provided by independent physicians, clinics and specialists who are licensed in their own jurisdictions and responsible for their own care. LACE introduces and coordinates; the clinical decision, and the responsibility for it, rests with that practitioner and with you.
No outcome is promised. Longevity, preventive and regenerative interventions vary in their evidence base, availability and regulatory status from country to country, and results differ between individuals. If you have a medical concern, speak to your doctor. If it is urgent, contact your local emergency service.
3. Enquiries are not bookings
Sending an enquiry, or asking about a package or programme described here, does not create a contract or reserve anything. It opens a conversation. Any engagement between us is governed by the separate written agreement we would then put in place, and by that agreement alone. Prices, durations and inclusions shown on this site are indicative and may change.
4. Intellectual property
The text, photography, design, logos and structure of this site belong to LACE or are used by us under licence. You may read the site and print or save pages for your own reference. You may not republish, sell, or use any part of it commercially, or present it as your own, without our written permission.
“LACE”, “LACE Longevity” and the LACE mark are ours. Any other name or mark appearing on the site belongs to its owner, and its use here does not imply a partnership unless we say so in words.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site unlawfully, or in a way that damages or overloads it or impairs anyone else’s use of it;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its server, or any connected system;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract material from the site, or use it to train a machine-learning model, without our written permission;
- submit anything false, misleading, or belonging to someone else.
6. External links
Where we link to another organisation’s website we do so for information. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or how they handle your data.
7. Availability
We aim to keep this site available and correct, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business or data, arising from your use of this website or from reliance on anything published on it.
9. Governing law and language
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by Swiss law, and the courts of Zug, Switzerland have jurisdiction. Where you deal with us as a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence, or of your right to bring proceedings there.
These terms are issued in English, and the English version is the authoritative one. A German version is maintained as a secondary reference, and every other language on this website is a translation provided for convenience. Where any version differs from the English text, the English text applies.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, with the date shown at the top.
